“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed” – The Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution
This is a guaranteed Right under the United States Constitution.   This is not a privilege and as defined by the founders of our great nation as well as a DC Court ruling as well as our belief that “we conclude that the Second Amendment protects an individual right to keep and bear arms. That right existed prior to the formation of the new government under the Constitution and was premised on the private use of arms for activities such as hunting and self-defense, the latter being understood as resistance to either private lawlessness or the depredations of a tyrannical government” – DC Court Ruling on the over turn of the DC Gun Ban - No. 04-7041

Upon seeing gross negligence of laws by politicians in this state we resolve to once again give the people a voice.  We seek to abolish the many gun control acts as well as stand behind citizens who are wrongfully denied their second amendment rights as well as any individual rights which may be oppressed by the government.

I propose to all Pennsylvanians:

• We the law abiding citizens of Pennsylvania have come together in order to fight for our freedoms and form a voice which will be heard by the State. 

• We come together to support those who in politics believe in what is right and will fight for our rights giving us a voice in the halls of congress.

• We come together to alert our fellow Pennsylvanians of those in politics who would take away and oppress our rights in this commonwealth and this country at will.

• We will work together to relieve the fear that such politicians have come to place in the general public in order to help abolish our 2nd Amendment Rights.

• We enjoy one of the best hunting, and shooting communities in the North East, but every day we are under attack on our heritage and freedoms.  But we cannot stand by idly while we watch our rights attacked everyday by our elected Representatives who neglect the voice of the people for their own beliefs.

• We will stick by each other in times of need where we may be restricted and our rights oppressed by those we elect or pay taxes to which support their organizations that wish to deny us our rights.
